We can ship our products to anywhere in the United States and Canada using common carriers.  Shipping charges are based on the weight and destination of your order as well as any additional services that are required:

  • Lift Gate Delivery – Facilitates the removal of palletized shipments.
  • Residential Delivery – If shipping to a residence, please make sure your location can accommodate a common carrier delivery.
  • Notification of Delivery

*In some cases, small orders can be sent via UPS or Fedex Ground.

We will do our best to get the lowest possible shipping fee. Sometimes it takes a day to hear back from us on the shipping cost; this is because we are calling around to get you the lowest possible rate.

Reporting Damages/Missing Items

Warehouse Pick Up 

Orders picked up from our warehouse or delivered on our trucks must be verified by the customer upon receipt of materials.  You will be asked to sign off on the order verifying that you received everything on your order and no product was damaged.  NOTE:  Material must be picked up within 10 days of the scheduled completion date.  If not, material will be returned to stock and you will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

Freight Shipments

If any materials are damaged or missing from orders shipped on common carriers, you must notify us immediately and have the damages/missing items noted by the freight company’s driver on the Packing List provided.  If this is not done, we cannot file a claim for the damaged/missing product and we cannot replace or issue refunds for damaged/missing items.

We have a strict 10 day notification period for any orders that are damaged or have missing items.  Once we are notified, we will send you a claim form to be completed.  Any damaged materials need to be returned and verified before replacements or refunds can be issued.  All our shipments are photographed before they leave our warehouse.  Claims for missing items will be investigated prior to sending out replacement product.
